Plant Description

Iris × germanica (bearded iris) is a spring-blooming rhizomatous perennial available in a vast colour range. Hardy, Drought-resistant, and low maintenance. Plant in full sun with good drainage for best results.
Sold as single bare-root rhizomes (plants are dug up from our beds, trimmed down, and packed without substrate).
Plant your bearded iris rhizome on a small mound of soil in a shallow hole, ensuring the top of the rhizome is at or just above the soil surface, with roots spread downward.
